Need help here, one Photon just went to green led and cannot do anything at this point, not connecting to cloud (i downloaded ap program and now it doesn’t work any more or get updates from cloud). i tried all, particle cli with particle flash --usb (df utils not found) and win10 (is in vmware) i can’t get anything to work. Any way to reset/ restore the photon?
