Photon P1 is Flashing Green Continously

I am Trying to claim the Photon P1 but it is flashing Green Continuously.It is not getting connected to the cloud.How can i Debug this Problem?

A short request with this little background info only gets a short reply: Have you set the WiFi credentials correctly?

HI guys,I have build a custom board based on P1 but during claiming the photon is continuously blinking green.I havent connected a USB but i have exposed the D+ and D- lines via Header.
What can I do so that my problem is Solved?

Hi,Ya i have set the credentials correctly.And also 2 Photon Modules are already connected to the same network.
