Hi there,
We have few photons on our network and all are working fine. Since a week one of the photons has been showing offline on both mobile app and [build.particle.io](http://build.particle.io).
Has anyone had this issue? Can anyone point to how to solve this? I looked at several posts like this in the past but they were couple years ago and many users had this issue.
Update (10/07/18): We have been seeing multiple photons behaving this way. Is this a known issue? Not seeing any love for this question. Can Particle technical team provide more insight?

Thanks,
Regards.

You should submit a [support ticket](https://particle.io/support) with the device IDs that are affected so the cloud logs can be checked to see if there’s anything unusual.
