After connecting to power, the LED on my photon flashes multi color (maybe white?), and then quickly transitions to blinking blue. As far as I can tell, this indicates it is in listening mode and should allow me to begin setup with the mobile app (or web download html file).
The problem is that the Photon does not seem to be broadcasting the expected “Photon-…” WiFi signal so I cannot connect to it to set it up. I have tried holding down the setup button to reset the device, but still get no signal.
Are there any steps I can take, or is this just defective?
