I’m trying to add a wifi to my Photon microcontroller. However, I’m getting the error which is shown below:
How can I fix this error? I started to get this error without doing anything to the machine.

How a have you installed/updated CLI?
Try uninstalling it and reinstall via the Windows installer

I would re-install as @ScruffR suggests. You can use the Windows installer or try npm install -g particle-cli
