**Aug 15th 2017:** _Firmware v0.7.0-rc.3_

A new **pre-release firmware v0.7.0-rc.3** is available now on [https://build.particle.io](https://build.particle.io) for Core/Photon/P1/Electron.

The changelog is short, so here it is! 😄

### DEPRECATED API

[`[PR #1365]`](https://github.com/spark/firmware/pull/1365) Beginning with 0.8.0 release, `Particle.publish()` and `Particle.subscribe()` methods will require event scope to be specified explicitly. Please update your apps now to include the event scope to avoid compilation errors in \>=0.8.0.
