Hello,

I am not able to find the URL for accessing particle Rules engine, when i type [Particle’s Rules Engine is now open source and available to all - Particle Updates - Particle](http://www.particle.io/iot-rules-engine) it is directing to the community page post about rules engine, not to actual page  
Can someone let me know how i get the access for it ??

The rules engine has been shut down, you would need to self-host it.
