Particle Dev text underlined with red dots

I am new to using Particle Dev. I just pasted a working sketch to the desktop application and some of the text is underlined by red dots. There is no contextual help and the sketch compiles. Here’s an example. Anybody know where this is documented?

It looks like syntax highlighting is not enabled. Does it say Plain Text somewhere in the bottom right corner? Try clicking on it and setting the syntax highlighting to Particle.

Sorry it took so long to get back here. I finally had a chance to try the solution. It worked like a charm.
