# Not able to claim Raspberry

Hi,

I’m trying to claim a raspberry to my particle account. But it turnes out like this:

Error claiming the device. Could not claim the device to your account.

It worked perfectly yesterday on the same device.

Could anyone else try and claim a raspberry to see if they have got the same problem? I’m really in the dark here.

I have replicated this issue and filed an internal ticket with the engineering team to see what’s what with this. I’ll report back when I have more info…

Hi, this issue is now resolved. The DNS entry for the Raspberry Pi was missed during a cloud migration. Thanks for your patience!
