I’m using flasing by serial and everyting is going ok, but when I lunch the serial I saw that the app is not updated, anybody had the same problem?
How could I fix it?

Is your electron in listening mode while you are flashing by serial?
Also, I’d recommend using dfu-util instead if possible.
Or particle flash --usb <your.bin> - no need to remember target address and “obscure” command switches
