There are so many threads asking for BLE APIs and the standard answer is: "It's top priority after stability and we are working on it"
Asking more often and in ever more separate places won't make it come any quicker.

Thanks for the response, ScruffR. Our position hasn’t yet changed – we’re continuing to evaluate stability in early January 2019 and will make it clear once we’re ready to move on to additional feature development. Closing this thread since there are many like it.
