Hello! I am having trouble connecting an Argon to the cloud. First the issue was that it was claimed by my old account. It has been unclaimed. But it still gets stuck when trying to connect to cloud via the app. I have tried the particle cli. there i get a message saying unable to scan for wi-fi networks. i have tried opening cmder as admin. also tried adding sudo in front. did not work. i then tried the setup trough the browser. during the update it tells me that the device has been disconnected. now i am out of ideas so i have to ask. anyone?🙂 ---

A bunch of log messages are missing. This could be an issue with the web-based log viewer. Could you try the [Particle CLI](https://docs.particle.io/getting-started/developer-tools/cli/) instead? With the device connected by USB, reset the device then immediately do: ```auto particle serial monitor --follow ``` ---

Yes, that's exactly what I was looking for. Thank you! It looks like a firewall on your LAN is blocking traffic to or from the Particle cloud. See [cloud services and firewalls](https://docs.particle.io/getting-started/cloud/introduction/#cloud-services-and-firewalls) for more information. ---
