This sort of spans a few topics. I am new to Particle and don’t really know where to look beyond a quick search bar query yet.
A client wants to use it and a BLE module on a custom board. I would need to select a BLE master that can pair at least three slaves. Is there an available stack (generic C, not Arduino, ready for the Photon) and a list of supported modules?
