Is the Particle Tachyon NDAA compliant?

Hi everyone,

I couldn't find any information in the documentation regarding NDAA compliance.

Is the Particle Tachyon officially NDAA compliant?

The Tachyon is not. It contains a wireless module from Quectel Wireless which is on the NDAA 1260H list and thus would not be NDAA compliant.
