# Intelligent OTA Firmware Release now available to all customers

We are excited to announce that one of our highest rated Particle Console features, Intelligent Firmware Releases, is now available and included at no additional charge to all customers. If you are an existing customer, you will now see the option to select _Intelligent_ when using the Release Firmware feature.

**What is Intelligent Firmware Release?**

Intelligent Firmware Releases allow you to update remote devices with built-in context awareness, ensuring updates are sent immediately based on when the device is ready to receive it.
