Impossible to Access to Zendesk

I’ve just received a reminder from Zendesk but I can’t access to the ticket.

My passwords from Particle forum and Particle IDE are refused.

  • Please set me up with a new password doesn’t send any password.

  • My e-mail is already known because, trying to create a new Zendesk account is refused as A user has already signed up with the given email

What to do? Thank you!

Notice from zendesk. Won’t accept my particli.io credentials. Won’t send a password-update email.
