how to choose a mobile carrier

I have experienced connection issues on my electron in Israel; the device chose a faraway Palestinian mobile carrier that causes my particle to drain the battery and loop while trying to connect to the particle cloud.
Support says the carrier is blocking the connection.
Any idea how to control which carrier to connect to?

I have no practical experience with the exchange of sim cards, but to my knowledge you can use a sim of the provider of your trust and you do not need to rely on the use of the particle sim.
have you already checked the documentation?
