How long does Electron cellular re-up take to go into effect?

I pressed UNPAUSE SIM in my Electron cellular console page, and it re-up’d my data ‘budget’.
But I still can’t connect my Asset Tracker Electron (getting blinking blue still).

(Good think I bought 3 more asset trackers…)
