I can’t find any information on how to cancel/close my account. It’s only $3 a month… but how do I get out?
Found the answer.
De-activate the device in the Billing and Usage section of the Console. You then get an email that in part contains:
“You will no longer receive recurring monthly charges for this SIM’s data usage. However, you will still be charged for any data overages incurred since your last payment on September 2nd, 2017.”
This is really unclear. it doesn’t say “this will stop billing you for this device” until after you de-activate. Also you can’t delete credit cards from their system…really?
that being said i won’t be a returning customer.

Also, if you Release Ownership on all of the SIMs in your account, your credit card can be removed from your account by submitting a support ticket at the link Kyle posted.
