# Getting issue with Particle Workbench in visual code

Hello ,  
I had installed the visx files as per posted in community. All seems to be ok . but when i enter the command “\>particle: Login” in command palette i am getting the error “command ‘extension.login’ not found”

I had done and checked the filling things:  
1.particle CLI is already installed.  
2. Reinstall the visual code  
3. Reinstalled the extensions.

Please help us out there the issue is.

@amerging - thanks for the report. do you mind re-trying [using the latest build](https://community.particle.io/t/developer-preview-changelog-october-30-2018/44855)? i suspect at the least you’ll get a more helpful error message.

also, a reminder that [this is the info we need](https://community.particle.io/t/information-how-to-report-bugs-and-provide-feedback/44245) to help troubleshoot
