# Flashed Photon code to a Core

Arrrrr. I flashed Photon code to a Core by mistake (working on too many things at once and had the wrong terminal window open). Now the Core is flashing yellow and if I restart the Core it IMMEDIATELY begins flashing yellow. Can I recover the situation? Ooooooops. I will try Particle Doctor.  
So stupid of me…

With the Core there’s always the Factory reset. Or DFU programming.
