Electron unable to connect to cloud api

Hello,

I’m new to Particle development. I’m trying to subscribe to a webhook to extract some information from the cloud. However, my device is unable to connect to the cloud and get this error code of -160. My monitor says internet is available, but cloud is unreachable. I tried looking what this error code means, but there’s no information on it. Does anyone know what this means and how to resolve it?

I ran particle device doctor which restored my device back to working mode and now it’s able to connect to cloud and interacted with my webhook.
