Electron Power Controller w/ Power Status

My first attempt at building a power controller with an Electron and trying to make it look decent. It notifies me via Pushover and SMS if the power fails or is restored. I can send a Curl command to initiate a on, off, or reboot command to the connected PowerSwitch Tail.
