Electron GSM modem issue

I have an electron that seems has an hardware defect.

During sleep mode (I’ve tried also Cellular.off() ) it drain lot of battery compared to other devices running same software / firmware.

I’ve noticed the UBLOX module stay always quite warm then I’m thinking is running instead be powered off.

Any suggestion how troubleshooot it? Special commands to run?

It lost 60% of battery during the night.

Only 5% during night.

UPDATE even with the Electron in sleep mode by pressing the MODE button the modem stay warm and the battery drain quickly.

The Electron is left without any additional connection, just itself, the antenna and the battery.
