Hi everyone, we just found that one of our devices doesn´t appear in our Particle console, but the device is still sending data to our dashboard. With this in mind, does anyone know how we could unclaim this device without knowing it's ID or without it appearing in the console?
Product devices don't have to be claimed in order to send data to a product. In fact, we recommend that you don't claim product devices. If you add the product it doesn't claim it, so that's the default state.
However if you do want to claim devices, you can use particle device add from the CLI.
