Hi, I’m very new to Particle. And I have been trying to help someone to develop an iOS app. I am a bit confused with the notion of Customer and Users when I was looking at the API. what’s the difference?
Users are developer accounts. They have access to the console and the Particle Build Web IDE.
Customers are product customers. They generally cannot log into those sites, and can only interact with the product device in limited ways. For example, product firmware customers can interact with the device to set the Wi-Fi, but cannot change the firmware on the device, as that would be determined by you, the product creator.
