Not sure what you mean with that, but the protocol seems quite similar to the legacy NeoPixel protocol (aka WS2811/WS2812/APA-104/SK6812) which uses only one data line with critical timing where the duty cycle of a single bit is used to distinguish between 0 and 1

The secondary data line SDI2 is not used as clock (as known from APA102) but as a fail safe to “skip” single dead LEDs.

Also these LEDs require min. 4V logic level but RPi and Electron (you still haven’t clarified) will only give you 3.3V.
