Clarifying TAN004

If I am powering the modem solely with a stable grid power source and occasionally shut it down am I at moderate risk of bricking the device?

This seems to be contradicting:
"This issue primarily affects devices in low-power use cases (allowing their power sources to drain fully) and in use cases that abruptly remove power from the device. Devices that do not fully deplete their batteries in an unhandled fashion or routinely ungracefully power off the modem have little to no risk of occurrence ."

The risk on any given shutdown is low. It's even lower if the modem has been connected for a minute or longer. You should be fine in your use case.
