I've set up my Particle Electron and applied a credit card. Now I want to add a promo code to claim some free data. (Yes, I know I probably should have done this in a different order.)

When I try to apply a promo code, I get this confusing error message:

Bummer! Unless you are updating mb_limit (1-100), you must explicitly pass one of these valid actions in the body of your request: activate, deactivate, reactivate

suggestions? (at minimum, the error message is wrong)
