Hi Mr. Rickkas7, I had turned off my Particle web IDE for a few days. When I tried to get back o it 2 days ago. It was asking me for my password. The saved password would not work so I clicked forgot password. An option came up to invalidate my Tokens. I did not click that option. because I did not want to invalidate my Tokens I updated my password, now non of my Photon devices work anymore. Looks like my Token has changed. Please tell me where I can get my new Token. Or if there are any other problems that I can not think of. Please help me get my devices working again

What do you mean the Photon does not work? Is it not getting to blinking cyan, or you can't program it from the Web IDE?
Devices do not include your password, and even revoking your access tokens does not remove a device from the account email address it was associated with.
It sounds like you used a different email to claim your device and what you originally logged into than you are logged in as now. That's why your saved password did not work, as well.
My Web app does not work any more. I did login as partou.electric@gmail.com. the web IDE is showing all my devices. But I can not control any of my devices with my web app. The web app does not come up when I login to partouiot.com with my password and username for any of my devices such ass BBFZ-4, BBFZ-3 and so on. Is it because my Token is changed? or some other problems. After I login to BBFZ-4, a page opens up asking for my Token and device ID. My admin page is doing the same. Please help. Thanks
Yes I did login as kazem.zahedi@gmail .com. There were no devices associated with this email. Then I logdin as partou.electric@gmail.com and all my devices came up
Maybe I did not explain my situation correctly. I do see my devices, but I can not see my webapp after I log in to them. It tells me there is no device here and asks me to add a new device. The new device page asks me for the device name, device ID, and description. After I answer all, it tells me an error occurred. All my devices are now useless. Please help. By the way, I did get a new token
I still don't entirely understand your situation, but it sounds like you have two accounts. If you want to move a device from one account to another you have to remove it from the account it's in. You can't just add it to a different account as that will fail.

2 shahab-6 device is on line it is a photon2 device I am having problems controlling it. I suspect this device does not have the new token

Devices do not contain an access token. You can revoke or generate new tokens at any time and it does not affect device claiming. They will stay associated with the account they were claimed to regardless of access tokens.
