Our company is checking out your Tachyon devkit. I'm having trouble getting 5g working with t-mobile esim. Very rarely the connect cmd succeeds, but the connection drops within few minutes again. However, the default esim profile that tachyon provides doesn't have this issue. Is this a known issue? I've attached few error logs if it helps.

We bought a Tachyon and spent ages trying to get it to work with EE and Three. Three is on their "supported" list ( Cellular carriers | Reference | Particle )
Particle are so slow to respond to support tickets, but eventually they said it was the carrier's fault. That's annoying because the carrier's eSim works with all my other devices.
They said that their Particle SIM works so their board is fine.
Urgent? I hope you have better luck than me. I was looking to place an order for 25 units and it didn't motivate them to help me though.
